On a peaceful street in the heart of the eastern area of Milan, the Delizia is 200 meters from Melloni hospital and near the National Tumor Institute on Via Venezian, convenient to the Via Pace and Via Sforza entrances of Maggiore, Mangiagalli and Regina Elena Hospitals. It is also near the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory (Via Conservatorio), the main site of Universita Statale on Via Festa del Perdono (2 km) and Citta Studi, where various departments of the State and Politecnical University are located (Piazza Leonardo da Vinci).

Accommodation:
Nice accommodation in simply decorated rooms, but very cosy. Our staff is friendly and helpful. We do not have lift, so if you have problems, ask for rooms in the ground floor.
